Abstract

The implementation of our national strategic direction (jihad-e-eghtesadi) depends on a managerial package. The core function of academic community is modeling the process of jihad-e-eghtesadi implementation. Operationalization of this national strategic direction is based on interactions between public managers and policy makers. The purpose of this paper is increasing the understanding of major actors of national governance by providing the conceptual model of implementation of jihad-e- eghtesadi. The policy coherence is the explanatory variable of this model. How we can model the implementation of jihad-e- eghtesadi and what our challenges are is what we address in this paper.
