Document Type : Research Paper

Authors

Abstract

This article is part of a qualitative research with grounded theory method in which 22 of Isfahan cultural executives were selected through targeted sampling.  The data was collected by semi-structured interviews and analyzed by qualitative nvivo8 software followed by research model presentation. The findings of this study are divided in two groups:  1) Barriers (emphasis on organizational hierarchy, the upper layers of decisions, limitations of resources and ambiguous indicators of measuring performance), 2) Propulsion systems (continuous environmental monitoring, consultation with experts, an effective understanding of the competitors, intuition-based decisions, creative staffing and targeted investment).
