Abstract

How organizations have interact each other is defiend in the region of organizing and inter-organizational relationship. There are two basic approaches to this issue: competition and collaboration. In the former, organizations are Competitors that compete each other to achieve their own goals. In the latter, the relationship between organizations is defined according to achieve common benefits and therefore, instead of competition, the organizations collaborate with each other.
An operational solution to develop collaborative trust-based relationships is Collaborative inter-organizational networks. In a collaborative network, all of the partners are considered as a unit identity in which the capacities and competeces of every member are used to gain competevie advanteges and maximise performance of the whole network.
Using the strategy of Grounded theory , this research represents the conceptual model of collaborative network in case of Aerospace. Three cheif part of this model are systematic design of stable network, strategic alliance and regulated and committed collaboration
