Abstract
The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of knowledge acquisition related to international businesses within the organization in internationalization by presenting a model. Since there is no detailed information about exporting small and medium manufacturing companies, using Cochran's modified formula for the unknown statistical population, the research sample size was estimated to be 160 samples based on the variance of the expert group. The type of research is applied and the qualitative mixed method of interview and snowball and quantitative structural equations has been used as a questionnaire analysis tool to explain the model. With the help of a group of experts, reliability was estimated with Cronbach's alpha of 78% for the research questionnaire. The results of the analysis showed that the presented model has a good fit and the injection of knowledge obtained from organizational learning leads to organizational maturity and more effective use of dynamic export capabilities, and as a result, the organization benefits more effectively from international business opportunities.
