Abstract
Digitalization creates various changes in the products and services of companies and causes a change in the landscape of industrial organizations and brings many economic benefits for the organization; On the other hand, companies that cannot follow this path will experience crisis and decline. The purpose of this research is to identify turnaround strategies based on the level of digital maturity of small and medium companies. First, using a standard questionnaire sent to small and medium-sized companies based in Tehran science and technology parks, the level of digital maturity of these companies was determined, out of 40 companies that responded to this questionnaire, 5 companies were at level 1, 22 companies were at level 2, 12 companies were at level 3 and 1 company at level 4 of digital maturity. According to the number of level 2 and 3 companies, the interviews were selected from among these companies with a targeted method, and interviews were conducted with 11 senior managers of these companies, and then using thematic analysis method of the data extracted from the interviews.
