Abstract

Today, the empowerment of women is emphasized not only due to issues of gender justice and humanitarian concerns, but also because of the significant role women play in boosting economic growth and productivity within societies. This qualitative study explores this critical concept within the context of executive organizations in Iran. The main objective of the research is to conduct an in-depth analysis of national strategic policy documents related to women's managerial empowerment and to extract a model for such empowerment in the digital transformation era, along with identifying its influencing factors and conditions.

To achieve this goal, a qualitative content analysis method with a deductive approach was employed to examine key policy documents. After systematic review, organization, and coding, the research findings were categorized into five main themes: causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, strategies, and outcomes. Ultimately, a conceptual framework for women's managerial empowerment in executive organizations during the digital transformation era was developed.
