Abstract
Management schools are responsible for providing specialized education in the field of management to students; however, understanding the organization as one of the most complex levels of systems from Boulding's perspective is very difficult. For this reason, numerous theories, models, and studies have been designed and developed in the field of management education.The present study aimed to design a multi-dimensional model for the training and empowerment of management students. This study was conducted with a lived experience approach in industry to place management students in a real environment as much as possible and provide them with the opportunity to gain deeper scientific and practical experiences. In the process of this study, lived experience in industry courses held by the Faculty of Islamic Studies and Management of Imam Sadiq University (AS) were studied and a desirable evolutionary model was designed and explained. After examining the experience of holding the Modir-sho, Shahid Hassan Bagheri and san’ati-sho events in this faculty, various dimensions of purpose, knowledge, problem-solving, analytical ability, observation and data recording skills (documentation), personal development, teamwork skills, commercialization, audience community
