طراحی مدل معادلات ساختاری شراکت استراتژیک در کسب‌وکارهای کوچک و متوسط؛ مطالعۀ موردی: صنعت نرم‌افزار

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف تدوین مدل شراکت استراتژیک کسب­وکارهای کوچک و متوسط در صنعت نرم­افزار انجام شد. روش پژوهش از نوع آمیخته اکتشافی (کیفی و کمی) است. در بخش کیفی بعد از تحلیل مبانی نظری و تدوین مدل مفهومی اولیه برای تأیید نظری مدل، از نظرخواهی ۲۰ نفر از خبرگان به روش دلفی استفاده شد. در بخش تحلیل میدانی نیز داده­ها از ۳۵۰ شرکت به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی جمع­آوری شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده­ها از شیوۀ بررسی مبانی نظری، نظرخواهی خبرگان به روش دلفی و پرسش‌نامۀ محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد. روایی و پایایی بخش دلفی و همچنین پرسش‌نامۀ­ محقق‌ساخته محاسبه شد و مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. تحلیل داده‌های کیفی در پنل دلفی به‌صورت کدگذاری و داده‌های کمی به روش تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل آماری و همچنین داده‌های حاصل از بررسی میدانی نیز با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی مرتبۀ دوم و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. در این تحقیق از نرم‌افزار لیزرل برای محاسبه و مدل‌سازی استفاده شده است. نتایج تحلیل دلفی پس از سه مرحله نظرخواهی از خبرگان، منجر به تأیید نظری مدل شراکت استراتژیک با ۳۵ مؤلفه در قالب پنج بُعد شد. در ادامه، نتایج مدل­سازی معادلات ساختاری بر اساس داده­های میدانی نشان داد که در مدل برازش‌یافته، شراکت استراتژیکِ پیش‌رانه­های شراکت، تأثیر مثبت بر انتخاب شرکا داشته و انتخاب شرکا تأثیر مثبت بر طراحی و اجرای شراکت دارد؛ همچنین چالش­های شراکت به‌عنوان متغیر میانجی دارای تأثیر منفی بر طراحی و اجرای مشارکت بوده و در نهایت اجرا و طراحی شراکت نیز تأثیر مثبتی بر نتایج و پیامدهای شراکت دارد.
