مروری نظام‌مند از نقش ابعاد طراحی سازمانی در اجرای تغییرات استراتژیک

چکیده

تغییر استراتژیک یکی از مهمترین موضوعات عرصه نوین رقابت به حساب می‌آید و آمادگی شرکت‌ها در ابعاد مختلف طراحی سازمانی برای این نوع از تغییرات ضروری می‌نماید. از این رو در مورد نقش ابعاد طراحی سازمانی در تغییرات استراتژیک، پژوهش‌های متعددی با نتایج متشتت انجام شده است؛ هدف این پژوهش فرامطالعه پژوهش‌های قبلی در قلمرو موضوعی مذکور می‌باشد. برای برآورده ساختن هدف مقاله، روش مرور نظام‌مند انتخاب گردید و طبق آن، مقالات موجود در بازه زمانی1990 تا 21 ژانویه 2021 بررسی شد. در نهایت 71 مقاله دارای صلاحیت بررسی تشخیص داده شد که محتوای این 71 مقاله، با روش تحلیل مضمون مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. مرور نظام‌مند نقش ابعاد طراحی سازمانی را در تغییرات استراتژیک ذیل چهار بعد «ساختار سازمانی»، «فرهنگ سازمانی»، «منابع و قابلیت‌های سازمان» و «فرایندها و سیستم‌های سازمانی» مورد بررسی قرار داد؛ در این تحلیل «ساختار سازمانی و فرهنگ سازمانی» دارای مولفه‌های «الزامات ساختاری»، «مقررات‌زدایی و تغییر نوع بروکراسی» و «فرهنگ و جوسازمانی»، «منابع و قابلیت‌های سازمان» دارای مولفه‌های «منابع تغییر»، «منابع انسانی»، «دانش سازمانی» و «قابلیت‌های پویا و استراتژیک» و «فرایندها و سیستم‌های سازمانی» دارای مولفه‌های «کنترل و ارزیابی»، «مدیریت تغییر» و «تولید» می‌باشد. برای هر کدام از مولفه‌های مورد اشاره، تفصیلاً شاخص‌هایی در نظر گرفته شد.طی این مرور، چهار شکاف محتوایی و دو شکاف روش‌شناختی شناسایی گردید که شکاف‌های محتوایی عبارتند از: «فروکاهش پدیده تغییرات استراتژیک»، «فقدان کاربست دیدگاه شبکه‌ای به روند رو به واگرایی قدرت در سازمان»، «توضیح مبهم نقش منابع مازاد در اجرای تغییرات استراتژیک» و «تبیین سست نقش متغیرهای محیطی در اجرای تغییرات استراتژیک» و همچنین شکاف‌های روش‌شناختی شامل «عدم شناسایی و سامان‌دهی به متغیرهای متشتت و فراوان میانجی و تعدیلگر» و «عدم در نظر گرفتن گروه کنترل» در پژوهش‌های تجربی می‌شود.
