ارائه مدل برند کارفرمایی مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی در صنعت برق ایران

چکیده
صنعت برق به‌عنوان یکی از بخش‌های زیربنایی و راهبردی اقتصاد ایران با چالش‌های متعددی همچون کمبود نیروی متخصص، مهاجرت سرمایه انسانی، و کاهش جذابیت شغلی مواجه است. در چنین شرایطی، توسعه رویکردهای نوین در مدیریت منابع انسانی می‌تواند نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای در ارتقای توان رقابتی این صنعت ایفا کند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و اعتبارسنجی مدل برند کارفرمایی مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی در صنعت برق ایران انجام شده است. روش تحقیق ترکیبی و در سه مرحله صورت گرفت: نخست، با بهره‌گیری از نظریه داده‌بنیاد، ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های اصلی شناسایی شد؛ سپس با استفاده از فرآیند تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی فازی (FAHP) اولویت‌بندی گردید؛ و در نهایت با مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS-SEM) مورد آزمون تجربی قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد مدل نهایی شامل سه بعد «پیشایندها»، «قابلیت‌ها» و «پیامدها» با ۱۵ مؤلفه معتبر است. مقایسه دیدگاه‌های خبرگان دانشگاهی و مدیران صنعتی حاکی از تفاوت معنادار در اولویت‌بندی عوامل کلیدی است؛ به‌گونه‌ای که دانشگاهیان بر نوآوری و پایداری تأکید دارند، در حالی که مدیران صنعت کارایی عملیاتی را در اولویت قرار داده‌اند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد بهره‌گیری از ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی در مدیریت برند کارفرمایی می‌تواند به افزایش ماندگاری کارکنان، ارتقای بهره‌وری و بهبود تصویر راهبردی سازمان کمک نماید. این پژوهش با ارائه مدلی بومی و فناورانه، راهکارهای کاربردی برای سیاست‌گذاران و مدیران منابع انسانی در صنایع زیربنایی کشور فراهم می‌سازد.
