تبیین چارچوب مدیریت منابع انسانی دیجیتال با استفاده از رویکرد مرور نظام مند ادبیات

چکیده

مدیریت منابع انسانی دیجیتال اساساً کلیه فعالیت های منابع انسانی را با استفاده از فناوری های نرم، برنامه های کاربردی و اینترنت انجام داده یا مدیریت می کند. دیجیتالی شدن یا تحول دیجیتال موضوعی است که همه سازمان ها باید برای کارآمدی و مرتبط بودن در آینده بکار گیرند. هدف این پژوهش فرامطالعه پژوهش های قبلی در قلمرو موضوعی مذکور می باشد. برای برآورده ساختن هدف مقاله، روش مرور نظام مند انتخاب و طبق آن، مقالات موجود در بازه زمانی سال های 2015 تا 2023 بررسی شد. در نهایت 87 مقاله دارای صلاحیت بررسی تشخیص داده شد که محتوای این 87 پژوهش با روش تحلیل مضمون مورد تحلیل قرارگرفت. مرور نظام مند در نهایت ابعاد مدیریت منابع انسانی دیجیتال را ذیل سه بعد پیشایندها، فرآیندها و پیامدهای مدیریت منابع انسانی دیجیتال مورد بررسی قرار داد. مضمون پیشایندها مدیریت منابع انسانی دیجیتال، شامل سه مضمون سطح دوم سازماندهنده یعنی جهت گیری دیجیتال، فرهنگ دیجیتال و رهبری دیجیتال بود. فرآیندهای مدیریت منابع انسانی دیجیتال در قالب چهار مضمون سازمان‌دهنده اصلی یعنی ساختار دیجیتال، استراتژی دیجیتال، عملیات دیجیتال، قابلیت های دیجیتال مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و در نهایت پیامدهای مدیریت منابع انسانی دیجیتال شامل مشتری مداری دیجیتال، اکوسیستم دیجیتال و عملکرد دیجیتال بود. تمام مضامین سازماندهنده شناسایی و به تفصیل توضیح داده شدند.
