چارچوب مفهومی ایجاد قابلیت‌های پویا در کسب‌وکارهای پلتفرمی

چکیده
در عصر تحول دیجیتال، کسب‌وکارهای پلتفرمی مرزهای سنتی سازمان را تغییر داده و خلق ارزش را به شبکه‌ای از تعاملات بین بازیگران مختلف منتقل کرده‌اند. در چنین محیط‌های به‌سرعت متغیری، تکیه بر رویکردهای سنتی منبع‌محور که صرفاً بر منابع درون‌سازمانی تمرکز دارند، پاسخگوی نیازهای رقابتی نیست. هدف از این پژوهش، ارائه چارچوب مفهومی ایجاد قابلیت‌های پویا در کسب‌وکارهای پلتفرمی است تا نشان دهد این پلتفرم‌ها چگونه پایگاه منابع شبکه خود را برای پاسخ به تغییرات محیطی ادغام و پیکربندی مجدد می‌کنند. این پژوهش با اتخاذ رویکرد کیفی اکتشافی و از طریق مرور یکپارچه ادبیات، چارچوبی برای ایجاد قابلیت‌های پویا در کسب و کارهای پلتفرمی ارائه می‌دهد که شامل: پیشران‌ها و توانمندسازها (شامل پیشران‌های سازمانی و رهبری و پیشران‌های فناورانه و زیرساختی)، ابعاد و بنیان‌های خرد ( شامل قابلیت حسگری پلتفرمی، قابلیت یکپارچه‌سازی و هماهنگ‌سازی و قابلیت پیکره‌بندی مجدد و تحول)، سازوکارهای تعاملی و فرآیندهای اکوسیستمی (شامل هم‌آفرینی ارزش و توسعه مشارکت‌ها و اتحادهای شبکه‌ای) و در نهایت پیامدها و نتایج (شامل نوآوری و تحول راهبردی، چابکی، تاب‌آوری و عملکرد عملیاتی و پایداری و مسئولیت‌پذیری) است. کسب‌وکارهای پلتفرمی با بررسی وضعیت مولفه‌های یادشده در این چارچوب می‌توانند زمینه ایجاد قابلیت‌های پویا را فراهم سازند.
