تجربه آموزش و توانمندسازی دانشجویان رشته مدیریت با رویکرد زیست در صنعت؛ از ایده تا الگو

چکیده
دانشکدههای مدیریت عهده دار آموزش تخصصی مدیریت به دانشجویان هستند؛ اما درک سازمان بهعنوان یکی از پیچیدهترین سطوح سیستمها از دیدگاه بولدینگ، امری بسیار دشوار است. به همین دلیل، در این حوزه نظریات، مدلها و مطالعات متعددی منتشر شده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی یک الگوی ذو ابعاد به منظور آموزش و توانمندسازی دانشجویان رشته مدیریت و با رویکرد زیست در صنعت انجام شده است تا دانشجویان این رشته را حد الامکان در فضای واقعی قرار داده و فرصت کسب تجربه های علمی و عملی عمیق تری را برایشان فراهم سازد. در فرآیند این پژوهش رویدادهای زیست در صنعت که توسط دانشکده معارف اسلامی و مدیریت دانشگاه امام صادق (علیهالسلام) برگزار شده است مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت و الگوی تکاملی مطلوب طراحی و تشریح شد. پس از بررسی تجربه برگزاری رویدادهای مدیرشو، شهید حسن باقری و صنعتی شو در این دانشکده، تطور در ابعاد مختلف پیش بینی شده (هدف، دانش، مسئلهشناسی، قوه تحلیلگری، مهارت مشاهده و ثبت داده (مستندسازی)، توسعه فردی، مهارت کار تیمی، تجاریسازی، جامعه مخاطب، تمرکز صنعت، مفهوم استاد-شاگردی و اخلاق و معنویت) بعنوان مولفههای تکامل یافته در طول برگزاری این رویدادها شناسایی شدند. نتایج این پژوهش بهعنوان نمونه ای از الگوی عملی از توسعه روش های آموزش مدیریت برای عموم دانشکده های مدیریت قابل استفاده خواهد بود.
